Registration FAQ

• What does the weekend pass include? — Full access to all convention events, areas, and activities for both May 9 and May 10.
• Are there single-day passes? — Currently, we only offer weekend passes.
• Is there an age limit? — Anime Ame is an all-ages event. Attendees under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Can I get a refund? — Refunds are available up to 14 days before the convention. Transfers can be done via showclix.
• Do I need to print my badge? — No! Pick up your badge at the registration desk with your confirmation email and a valid photo ID.
• Can my badge be mailed to me? — Yes, If you order you badge before January 15th, you have the option to have it mailed to you.
• Is there on-site registration? — Yes, you can register at the door subject to availability. We recommend registering online to guarantee your spot.
