Health Policies

Anime Ame is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all attendees, staff, and volunteers. We monitor public health guidelines and adjust our policies accordingly.

Masks — Masks are welcomed and encouraged but not required. Please respect the personal space of others at con.
Hand Sanitizer — Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the venue for your convenience.
Feeling Unwell? — We kindly ask that you stay home. Standard refund and transfer policies apply.
First Aid — A first aid station staffed by trained medical personnel is available throughout the convention. Located near the main registration area.
Medication Storage — Refrigerated medication storage is available at the first aid station. Ask at registration for details.

Safety & Anti-Harassment Policy

Anime Ame has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. Every attendee deserves to feel safe, respected, and welcome. This policy applies to all attendees, panelists, vendors, volunteers, and staff.

What Constitutes Harassment

Unwanted physical contact or intimidation
Verbal abuse, slurs, or discriminatory language
Stalking or following someone after being asked to stop
Photographing or recording someone without consent
Sexual harassment in any form
Deliberate disruption of panels, events, or other convention activities
Display of offensive or hateful imagery

Reporting Harassment

If you experience or witness harassment, please report it immediately:

Visit the Convention Operations desk near the main entrance
Speak to any staff member or volunteer wearing an "Anime Ame Staff" badge
Email [email protected]

All reports are taken seriously and handled promptly. Consequences for harassment may include ejection from the convention without refund and being banned from future events.

First Aid Station — Located near main registration, staffed by trained personnel
Emergency Services — Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies
Nearest Hospital — Overlake Medical Center, 1035 116th Ave NE, Bellevue (approx. 5 minutes by car)
