Our Accommodations

• Wheelchair & Mobility Access — All convention spaces are fully wheelchair accessible. Ramps, elevators, and wide pathways ensure smooth navigation throughout the Meydenbauer Center.
• Priority Seating — Reserved accessible seating is available at all panels, the idol show, and the cosplay contest. No need to arrive early or worry about finding a spot.
• Rest Areas — Dedicated quiet rest areas are available throughout the venue for attendees who need a break from the excitement. These spaces are climate-controlled and comfortable.
• Chronic Condition Support — We provide refrigerated medication storage, a private first-aid room, and staff trained to assist attendees with chronic conditions.
• Sensory-Friendly Spaces — Low-stimulation rooms are available for attendees who may become overwhelmed by noise, crowds, or bright lights.
• ASL Interpretation — American Sign Language interpreters are available at major panels and events. 
• Contest Accommodations — Cosplay contest participants with accessibility needs will receive full support on stage, including ramp access, extended time, and any other accommodations needed to perform at their best.
• Service Animals — Service animals are welcome throughout the convention. Water stations for service animals are available at key locations.
• Accessible Parking — ADA-compliant parking spaces are available at the Meydenbauer Center, with direct access to the convention entrance.
