Cosplay Guest

Are you a cosplayer with multiple wins, years of experience, and a dedicated following? We'd love to feature you as a Cosplay Guest at Anime Ame! Our cosplay guests receive complimentary weekend passes, premium seating at events, a private room, and a featured spot in our promotional materials. You will also have the option to host a panel or even be a cosplay judge!

What we're looking for:

• Active social media presence in the cosplay community i.e still making cosplays
• Experience in cosplay contests and various crafting mediums and methods
• Availability for a meet-and-greet session during the convention

Content Creator

Whether you're on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Twitch, if you are a social media creator covering anime and Japanese pop culture, we want you at Anime Ame! Content creators will receive press-level access to enter panels and events early, a private room, and have the option to host a panel.

Requirements:

• Active social media presence on primary social media platform. Instagram and TikTok post once a week. Youtube and Twitch post/stream once a month.
• Meet our minimum engagement to follower threshold. Varies per platform. Thresholds not disclosed to prevent botting.
• Original content that focuses on anime, manga, cosplay, anime film. Meme accounts and reposters need not apply.
• Be able to post promotional content before, during, and/or after the con. You will be assigned a time block to post your content.

Local Press

Members of the media and press are welcome to cover Anime Ame. We offer press passes with access to all public convention areas, press-exclusive interview opportunities, and a private room for writing and editing.

To apply for a press pass, please provide:

• Name of your outlet or publication
• Links to previous convention coverage, if any.
• Expected coverage plan (articles, video, photography, etc.)
• Number of press passes requested (maximum 2 per outlet)

Volunteer

Anime Ame needs amazing volunteers like you! Volunteering is a fantastic way to be part of the convention, gain behind-the-scenes experience, and be at the forefront of your community. Plus, you'll earn some great perks!

• Free weekend pass for shifts of 6+ hours across the convention
